- Skilled at providing evidence based therapies to a diverse range of children and families
- Have deep expertise working with the complex needs of children, adolescents, and parents
- Expert at cultivating and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship
- Adept at developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client
- Open to collaborating with other professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care
- Willing to engage in transparent feedback-oriented care
- Able to participate in weekly Kinnection team meetings to review care plans
- Interested in ways to integrate technology into practice
- Open to potential partnership as a practice owner
- Open to a contract relationship with Kinnection
Desired qualifications
- Fully licensed in one of PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
- Residing in the state you are licensed to practice
- At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, couples, or parents
- Experience and high level expertise in providing therapy services to children and families
- Experience and high level expertise in parenting work
- Strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, attachment-based work and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
