  • Skilled at providing evidence based therapies to a diverse range of children and families
  • Have deep expertise working with the complex needs of children, adolescents, and parents
  • Expert at cultivating and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship
  • Adept at developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client
  • Open to collaborating with other professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Willing to engage in transparent feedback-oriented care
  • Able to participate in weekly Kinnection team meetings to review care plans
  • Interested in ways to integrate technology into practice
  • Open to potential partnership as a practice owner 
  • Open to a contract relationship with Kinnection

Desired qualifications

  • Fully licensed in one of PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
  • Residing in the state you are licensed to practice
  • At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, couples, or parents
  • Experience and high level expertise in providing therapy services to children and families
  • Experience and high level expertise in parenting work
  • Strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, attachment-based work and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
