You are a good fit if you are
- Skilled at providing evidence based therapies to a diverse range of children and families
- Have high level experience working with the complex needs of children, adolescents, and parents
- Experienced at cultivating and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship
- Adept at implementing effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client
- Open to collaborating with other professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care
- Willing to engage in transparent feedback-oriented care
- Interested in ways to integrate technology into practice
- Open to a W-2 relationship with Kinnection
Desired qualifications
- Associate license (LPC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A) or actively working towards licensure
- Residing in the state you are licensed to practice
- At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, couples, or parents
- Experience in providing therapy services to children and families
- Experience in parenting work
- Understanding of child development, family dynamics, attachment-based work and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
