What is a superbill?

How is Kinnection different from other practices that work with parents?
We have a holistic approach to working with our clients. Our approach involves close collaboration with you, other service providers, and other important members of your family’s community. Our practice houses multiple providers with different areas of expertise which allows us to link you to additional services internally.
Will you automatically consult with other service providers and individuals involved with our family?
We will only make contact with individuals and providers that you have signed a consent form for.
How long can we expect to work with you?
Care plans are designed in 3, 6, and 12 month segments. We may add or decrease time to care plans based on a thorough assessment of progress towards goals and needs.
What if my child doesn’t want to participate?
This is a very normal response that many children have to therapy and services. Many children are resistant to therapy and any kind of treatment. We will provide detailed coaching on how to talk to your child about therapy. Our approach to working with resistant children involves a lot of play, fun, and soothing activities that help them feel more motivated to participate. We may adjust the time, location and format of sessions to help them feel more comfortable when getting started.
