Grief & Loss

Young Adult Grief Support Group

Who is this group for?

Young adults, ages 21 to 35, who are grieving the death of a parent and seeking connection, understanding, and support in life after loss.

About the group

Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. No matter the circumstances, no one has to go through the loss of a parent alone.

This group offers a compassionate space to connect with others who understand, share experiences, and explore the many complex emotions that come with grief. There is room here for grief in whatever form it takes. Together, the group honors each person’s unique grief process and explores ways to cope with what life looks like after loss.

Parenting

Circle of Security Parenting™ Group

Who is this group for?

Parents and caregivers of young children, ages 0 to 6, who want to better understand their child’s emotional needs and build a more secure, connected relationship.

About the group

Every parent has moments of uncertainty about what a child needs, especially when big feelings show up. Circle of Security Parenting is an internationally recognized, attachment-based program that offers a simple map for making sense of children’s behavior and the needs underneath it.

Over eight weekly sessions, the group observe examples of real parent and child interactions and reflects on them together in a small, supportive setting. The focus is not on perfect parenting. It is on reading cues, staying connected through hard moments, and repairing when things go off track. There is also plenty of space to explore how each parent’s own experience of being parented shapes the way they respond today.
